Principal Director and CEO, Juan Jose Diaz, has been with the company for ten years and has over 17 years' experience in both residential and home care industries.
A qualified Counsellor and certified Community Carer, Juan Jose continues the legacy handed down by Southern Highlands Home Care founder, Harry Varvaressos, who remains affiliated with SHHC as Advisor and Director.
Juan Jose's mission continues to be the delivery of excellent, caring and professional home care services to those in the Southern Highlands community who need it most.

Business Manager
Cassie Roodenrys
I began my career at just 17 years old as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), Where I gained foundational hands-on experience in care. After 9 years of working in a residential facility, progressing through multiple roles that strengthened my leadership, problem solving abilities and understanding of complex care environments.
Since the opening day of SHHC, I have been an integral part of the organisation—starting as Office Manager and advancing to Business Manager. In this role, you oversee operations, support service growth, and contribute to the ongoing development and direction of the organisation.

Home and NDIS Care Manager
Hayley Dunn
I began my nursing career at just 16 years old as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), gaining early hands-on experience in the care sector.
In 2012, I completed your Diploma of Nursing, strengthening my clinical knowledge and professional capability.
I worked in residential care for 11 years, progressing through various roles that expanded your skills, leadership, and understanding of the industry.
In 2018, I joined SHHC as a carer and advanced into a manager role in 2020, where I continue to contribute to service quality, leadership, and operational development.

Administration Assistant
Kristy Vamvakaris
I began my career in 2013 as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) within a residential facility, where I spent six years working across a variety of roles that strengthened my clinical skills, adaptability, and understanding of care operations.
In 2019, I joined SHHC as a carer and quickly progressed to a Team Leader position. I later transitioned into administration, taking on responsibilities in rostering and administration support, continuing to expand my knowledge.
