We are constantly on the lookout for people who:

  • are passionate and committed to embarking in a rewarding career in the in-home Aged and Disability Care industry 

  • will be willing to work to our company's value of care excellence

  • hold or willing to obtain a Certificate III in Disability, Community or Aged Care 

  • are prepared to easily adjust to changes in the roster schedule and weekend work if/when required

  • would be interested in a change from a residential aged-care or disability setting to in-home care.

ESSENTIAL:

  • must have a current driver's license

  • must have a road worthy and comprehensively insured vehicle

  • have patience and possess sound communication skills

  • able to meet deadlines

  • able to deal with, at times, emotionally charged situations
