We offer a range of services to help and support you remain in your own home. We work closely with you and your family to tailor a package that will provide the best support for you. From government-funded packages to private plans, we offer services to suit everyone's needs.
Services
Personal Care
Providing assistance with daily self-care tasks in order to maintain dignity and uphold clients hygiene and grooming standards. We provide assistance with daily self-care tasks to help you maintain hygiene and grooming standards with dignity.
Respite Care
We offer respite care that is responsive and flexible, which can be provided in the home or at another location, such as a centre-based respite facility, agreed upon by you and your family.
Medical Support
We employ registered nurses and certified carers which enables us to offer medical assistance, such as dressing of wounds and continence management, in your home.
Social Support
We provide a leisure-focused service to meet your needs for companionship and social interactions to continue your participation in community life. We can also assist with transport to community services or other facilities, such as your local GP or specialist, Adult Day Care and the Men's Shed.
Domestic Assistance
We provide in-home assistance, with everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, garden maintenance and grocery shopping.
Meal Assistance
Assistance with meal preparation in your home is available to our packaged clients.
Home Care Packages
Government-Funded
A Home Care Package is a subsidy provided by the Australian Government to assist an older person to remain at home with support. Clients are assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) on their needs and are approved for a package in one of four levels - we offer services to Levels 2, 3 and 4.
