We offer a range of services to help and support you remain in your own home. We work closely with you and your family to tailor a Care Plan that will provide the best support for you. From government-funded packages to private plans, we offer services to suit everyone's needs.
Services Provided Under Support at Home
Independence
Support delivered to older people to help them manage activities of daily living and the loss of Skills required to live independently. Services include:

Clinical Support
Specialised services to maintain or regain functional and/or cognitive capabilities. Services must be delivered directly, or be supervised, by university qualified or accredited health professionals trained in the use of evidence-based prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management practices to deliver safe and quality care to older people.

Everyday Living
Support to assist older people to keep their home in a liveable state in order to enable them to stay independent in their homes. Services include:

Support at Home Funding Classifications
Government-Funded
Each participant receives one of 8 funding classifications for ongoing services. Their classification is determined in their aged care assessment.  The table below outlines the funding amounts for each ongoing service classification and include 10% allocated for care management. The quarterly budgets and annual amounts are effective from 1 November 2025 and are subject to change in July each year in line with indexation.

​Budgets are allocated quarterly. Participants can carry over unspent funds up to $1,000 or 10% (whichever is greater) to the next quarter. ​
