Southern Highlands Home Care prides itself on disability care services in our community. Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) we are able to offer the same dedicated, quality care to people of all needs and abilities as a registered NDIS provider.
We are experienced in providing support for all types of physical and intellectual capabilities, specialising in complex care solutions including high physical support needs, dual diagnosis and behaviours of concern. We work closely with you, your family and your external support coordinator (if applicable) to deliver the support you need.
Services
Personal Care
Providing assistance with daily self-care tasks in order to maintain dignity and uphold clients hygiene and grooming standards. We provide assistance with daily self-care tasks to help you maintain hygiene and grooming standards with dignity.
Domestic Assistance
We provide in-home assistance, with everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and grocery shopping.
Care
Planning
We work closely with you, your carer and family, as well as your support coordinator, doctor and allied health services to create a personalised care plan to meet your needs.
Social Support/ Respite
We provide transport services with a trained professional to accompany you as you participate in community life. We also provide respite in-home or at a desired location.
NDIS Packages
